Nice safe neighborhood park, usually quiet on weekdays (evenings are a bit busier) definitely could use more trees along the paved roads and walkways. People often have their dogs outside of the designated area so beware. Bathroom and water fountains, some areas for seating. Lots of green and trees in certain areas.

Dog park is large and clean for both small and large dogs . Don’t be deterred from the sign at the entrance from Miami Dade County which seems to suggest that dogs are not allowed . there is dog park for Small dogs and another for large dogs but barely any one brings their dogs. It must be because of the sign at the entrance of the park. Bring your dog, the park is open until 10pm weekdays .

A little confusing to get to the right field, don’t use google maps…it will take you off 95 an exit away and put you on a road through a retirement trailer park with no access to the field. The field itself is ok, bathrooms are good, but there is nothing else there like bleachers so bring a chair if you plan on watching
